A more progressive growth was observed in 2020, with the client base of Otkritie Broker increasing by 76%, the absolute record in the history of the company. The number of active clients rose consecutively in 2020 and 2021 at an annual rate of 35%. On average, one in five clients transferred to Otkritie Broker from other brokers.

The introduction of Otkritie Investments, a unified brand combining products from Otkritie Broker, Otkritie Bank, and Otkritie Asset Management into one accessible online platform, was a hallmark achievement of Mr. Tserazov's leadership, reinforcing Otkritie Broker's role as a fintech hub within the Otkritie ecosystem.
